Witness an unforgettable sunrise at Far de sa Mola, the oldest lighthouse on Ibiza that has stood atop its cliffs since 1782. Explore the vast underwater realm, where a variety of colorful fish and majestic sea creatures inhabit the crystal-clear waters. Want a quiet and serene sunset? Go to Es Vedra. Otherwise, you'll need to use all of your mindfulness practice to staunch the frustration and hunger. Neighbouring bays Conta and Bassa are two of Ibiza's most celebrated beaches, and rightly so - the water here is gin-clear with a pale aqua glow, and the sand is fine and white. Arrive by boat, past little islets dotted along the coastline.
If you want to experience quiet nature then you want to stay away from populated areas of old town, San Antonio and Bossa. However, if you want the party atmosphere, those are the best places to stay.
In sun, Ibiza is a place of balance if you come into the island balanced. Want music and party, it offers it. You prefer quiet and peace, it's everywhere you go if you seek it. The only natural way to cure anxiety and depression is to legit fall in love with LIFE. Become addicted to real dopamine: nature, running, climbing volcanoes, animals, healthy relationships, sleeping, music, laughing, falling in love, meditation, sunrises, sunsets, exercising.
